King Arrives in Siem Reap to Light SEA Games Torch at Angkor Wat

SIEM REAP: The King of Cambodia, His Majesty King Norodom Sihamoni, arrived in Siem Reap on Monday morning, 20 March 2023, to preside over the Royal Sports Fire Ceremony to officially light the torch for the 32nd Southeast Asian (SEA) Games and 12th ASEAN Para Games. The torch lighting ceremony will be held at Angkor Wat on the day of the spring equinox on Tuesday, 21 March.

Many local residents have expressed great excitement for the ceremony in Siem Reap, as well as for the honor of His Majesty the King's visit to the province.
